We have an urgent  opening for the role of “Admin Executive ” with our client , which is into Healthcare industry .

Designation- Admin Executive (Male/ Female )

Exp.- 3- 6 Yrs

CTC- 4.0 -5.0 LPA

Location- Bangalore (HSR layout)

Job Description-

  • Managing Travel Itineraries
  1. Booking Flights/Train/Bus/Hotel for employees or Vendor (including various video shoots) travel including the web check in for flights
  2. Managing Clear trip account, Getting Funds transferred, sending requests to get funds transferred and accommodating travel plan changes
  • Vendor Payments
  1. Making vendor ( like videographer) payments, either directly or via Finance
  2. Sharing all the self payments to make sure we take benefit of GST payments to vendor
  3. Making sure, funds to make vendor payments on time else getting funds transferred
  4. Taking care of Honorariums payment after collecting bank details and invoice from doctors, either directly of via Finance.
  • Office management
  1. Making sure office do not run out of cleaning supplies, stationary, electricity bill payment
  2. Managing all the office documents properly in physical copy as well as soft copy (like Vendor/client agreement, employment contract, reliving letters, vendor payments, government orders, vendor payments etc)
  3. Keeping a check on office timings of employees, any misuse of office resources, and maintaining the right decorum and productivity in office
  4. Taking care of courier/mailing needs
  • Miscellaneous & One time
  1. Office Shifting, Buying things for office after taking quotations from vendors etc.
