We are having an opportunity for the post of Business Development Manager for German Based MNC Company dealing into Pharmaceutical industry.
Designation- Business Development Manager
To gather market intelligence through Retail Call Prescription Audit (RCPA) at chemist counters, and enquire about prescription habits of healthcare professionals.
To meet or exceed sales targets through regular visits to healthcare professionals
To develop territory mapping to ensure effective level of call frequency on targeted hospitals and practitioners to advance the sales cycle.
To plan and organize sales strategies in accordance with the gathered market intelligence
To develop and execute business plan for territory with sales plan at the hospital and health care professional level.
To execute the plan to accomplish goals as per current sales and marketing direction.
To stay updated with product knowledge and impart correct knowledge to the practitioners
To gain commitment from the practitioners by regular calls, CMEs, symposiums, web based meets, etc.
To meet the stockiest and distributors and ensure sufficient inventory
To complete administrative assignments in a timely manner, maintaining customer records, completing daily call notes and recording of samples. Needs to acclimatize quickly and use various technology tools.
- Pharma/B.Sc. /MBA/M.Sc. (Only Science Background)
