I have attended and conducted numerous programs , events , seminars & networking events , and realized that Networking is the most valuable (ROI) return on investment – and not just in monetary terms.
Today , most people struggle to get jobs both through job consultants or by applying jobs through online portals . More than 80% of the Jobs in a given company are closed through internal references. You may get your first Job through Job fairs , Campus drives or some information session that you attended, but as you advance in your professional journey , NETWORKING becomes the fuel of your career growth .
